Repairing, restoring, and rebuilding.

Are you exhausted by the demands of everyday life?

Do you need help to repair your relationships, restore your strength, and rebuild your life?

Life can be different.  You can improve your relationships.  You can live out your God-given purpose. You can leave behind the excess baggage.  And you can achieve your dreams.  But first, you have to stop feeling exhausted all the time.

Having successfully dealt with severe exhaustion from the pressures of being a working mom, Christine has become a Personal Growth Expert.  She identified the Exhausted Woman’s Syndrome and developed a plan to overcome it through her book, The Exhausted Woman’s Handbook.

Christine has a M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology and currently is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor by the State of Florida.   She has over fifteen years of experience in counseling, teaching, and ministry.  Her primary focus is working with exhausted women and their families.

Expertise:  Christine specializes in personality disorders, addictions, ADD/ADHD, OCD, co-dependency, developmental disorders, anxiety, anger, stress, depression, parenting struggles, and marriage issues.  She works one-on-one, in groups, or with organizations to customize plans and meet the specialized needs of her clients.

Personal:  Christine has been married to her husband Michael, an attorney, for over eighteen years and has lived in the Orlando area for twenty plus years. They have three teenage children, pets, and are involved in their church and community.

Experience:  As a former small business owner, commercial banker, and stockbroker, Christine understands how hard it is to manage work and family. Her experience with both failure and success gives her the expertise to coach and mentor others. Her direct approach helps people progress quickly saving them time and money.

As an experienced teacher and group facilitator, Christine has led several group classes on anger management, developing boundaries, dealing with ADD/ADHD, improving marriages, and women’s intimacy issues. She also served as a marriage mentor and teacher of a Preparation for Marriage class for 10 years.

Currently, Christine works in Winter Park, Florida at LifeWorks Group.  You can schedule an appointment at 407-647-7005 or email her at chammond@lifeworksgroup.org.  Her professional blog is  christinehammondcounseling.com.
